PhanPhest 2.5 has been announced for May 14-16 in Manchester, NJ (and whatever groan factor the name ‘PhanPhest’ may induce is certainly counterbalanced by the ’2.5’). The event, which began as a means to celebrate the New Jersey jamband scene, first took place on the property of Drew Wajnert but has moved to a new locale this year. PhanPhest 2.5 will present music on two alternating stages with appearances by Juggling Suns (who will present 2 sets apiece on the 14th and 15th), One Eyed Jack, Caveman, the Unbelievable Meltdown, ulu and the Breakfast. Only 400 weekend passes will be sold, with the complete details up at the festival web site.
