Big Fuzz, the project led by the Deep Banana Blackout guitarist Fuzz, will celebrate the release of its debut disc, Exercising The Demons, at Sully’s Pub in its home state of Connecticut tomorrow night. The band which typically gigs as a quintet will expand for this date with the addition of former Deep Banana trombone player Rob Volo. Big Fuzz also consists of DBB’s Rob Somerville (sax, vocals) and Benj Lefevre (bass) along with Barry Seele (organ). For much of the band’s upcoming tour, which will take Big Fuzz south, Hans Broeking will sit behind the kit rather than Andy Sanesi who appears on Demons, although Sanesi will rejoin the group in May.
