Tonight at Mill Valley’s Sweetwater, a new improv-infused collaborative project will debut. The Pacific Sound Collective will focus on the original compositions of its four members: guitarist Will Bernard (Motherbug, 20th Congress), Jessica Lurie on flute and sax, (Living Daylights), drummer Scott Amendola (T.J. Kirk, Charlie Hunter) and bass player Scott Shifflett (Boz Scaggs, Peter Apfelbaum). The tour will continue through May 15, with all 9 dates taking place in California.
