This past weekend, String Cheese Incident was in North Carolina for two shows at Asheville’s Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. Prior to those gigs, Particle routed through with a performance at the Orange Peel. String Cheese Incidents current percussive duo of Michael Travis and Jason Hann attended the Particle show and joined in the action, sitting in for an extended version of The Chemical Brother’s Denmark. Particle is off tonight but starting tomorrow has six consecutive gigs culminating with a Halloween show at the Roxy in Boston which it has dubbed PTV: A Journey into TV’s Most Popular Theme Songs. Trick or Treat Featuring John Popper & Rob Wasserman opens the Halloween show and the prior night at Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, PA. String Cheese is in Louisville tonight at the Palace.
