Traditionally, festival season also means generator season. And, with this in mind, Chillicothe, IL’s Summer Camp has announced that it will power its generators with bio-diesel fuel. In conjunction with the National Bio-Diesel Association, the veteran music festival is working to lessen its environmental impact, while raising awareness about an important energy source. As previously reported, the sixth annual Summer Camp will take place from May 26-28 in Three-Sisters Park, featuring performances by moe., Umphrey’s McGee, Yonder Mountain String Band, the Disco Biscuits, ALO, Wilco’s Glenn Kotche and members of String Cheese Incident, among others.
