Javier Colon performed with guitarist Ian McHugh in EMCQ before leaving that group to join the Derek Trucks Band and then start a solo career. Tomorrow night at Sully’s Pub in Hartford, CT, however, C and Q will reunite as part of a Bomb Squad and Friends show with Colon sitting in for Jen Durkin and vocals. While Durkin wont be there, her fellow Deep Banana Blackout member Rob Volo will join in on trombone.
