After performing at New Yorks Hammerstein Ballroom on New Years Eve for three straight years, the Disco Biscuits shifted its multi-night run at the venue to Thanksgiving weekend . During its performance Friday, the group nodded to its setlist tricks of yore, tossing the composed sections of its Little Lai, Bazaar Escape, and House Dog Party Favor, as well as all of Bach’s Inventio 13, into The Overture. On Saturday the quartet also used Pink Floyds Echoes as a rather clever bridge. At the end of its first set, the group left the stage without finishing Echoes, leaving the ambient portion of the song looping throughout its setbreak. At the end of setbreak the group picked up its instruments and proceeded to finish Echoes before offering M.E.M.P.H.I.S. The Disco Biscuits will perform at San Diegos House of Blues on December 4.
