Recent Relix cover subject Lucinda Williams will play five shows in the New York-area this fall. Each night, the singer/songwriter will offer a complete reading of one of her first five studio albums. After she performs the album in its entirety, she will play a second set of material focused on her newest album, West and beyond. Williams will perform her World Without Tears on September 29, Essence on September 30 , Car Wheel on a Gravel Road on October 2, Sweet Old World on October 3 and her self-titled album on October 4. Her September 29 and 30 shows will take place at the Fillmore at Irving Place, while her October shows will be held at Town Hall.
