Along with recent appearances at the 10,000 Lakes Music Festival and Summer Camp, Detroit’s Bump has spent much of the past year in and and out of the studio, working on the follow-up to its 2004 release,The Heart of Cadillac Square. In late September, however, the band will return to the road for a 22 date Midwest tour in support of The Samples. The first of these shows will take place on September 22 at Howards Club H in Bowling Green, Ohio and the tour will wrap up on October 13 in Rock Island, Illinois at the Rock Island Brewing Company. Bump will next appear at Billy’s Lounge in Grand Rapids on Thursday.
