Wilco drummer Glenn Kotche will explore his avant-garde side in San Francisco later this month. The drummer will debut his original composition ‘Anomaly with Grammy-winning classical ensemble the Kronos Quartet on October 25 and 26 at San Franciscos Herbst Theatre. Meanwhile, Kotche is currently making the rounds with his longtime band Wilco. Last night the ensemble performed at Minneapolis, MNs Northrop Auditorium and brought out local hero/Jayhawks guitarist Gary Louris for a version of Wilcos California Stars. Wilco will perform at Omaha, NEs Orpheum this evening.
