A number of notable performers are coming together for The Inaugural Shimon Presents: For-A-Cause event next month. The intimate performance will take place at Atlantas King Room in the Avatar Events Building on April 17, benefiting the Georgia Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The evening will feature a performance by a band consisting of Jeff Coffin, Jeff Sipe, Oteil Burbridge, Motown Recording artist Ike Stubblefield and Grant Green, Jr., as well as an opening acoustic set by Atlanta’s own Bishop Don. Paper tickets for the event will be available upon request (with an additional fee), however, the events promoters are encouraging fans to buy a green ticket.
