Govt Mule veered close to New York City last night for a performance at Englewood, NJs Bergen Performing Arts Center last night. For much of its set, the group was joined by local hero Jimmy Vivino, who is best known for his work on Late Night and with the Fab Faux. Vivino emerged near the end of the groups first set to play keyboards on The Letter, before switching to guitar for runs through Don’t Let It Bring You Down and Rockin’ In The Free World. He returned at the end of the night to help the group through an encore consisting of It’s My Own Fault and Talk To Me, Baby. Govt Mule is already back on the road for a performance at Wilmington, DEs Grand Opera House this evening.
