Flood City Music Festival will return to Johnstown, Pa., on July 25-26. The artist lineup has been revealed in preparation for the impending musical gathering, and will be headlined by Southern rock favorites Gov’t Mule and Baltimore natives/ the funk-informed Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.

Trailing the headliners for the 2025 summer event are fellow participants, including Andy Frasco & The U.N., Dogs in a Pile, The Motet, LaMP Ft. Russ Lawton, Scott Metzger, and Ray Paczkowski. Trumpeter Jennifer Hartwick will serve as the festival’s artist-at-large.

Also featured on the lineup are Octave Cat, Sicard Hollow, Natalie Brooke, Katie Henry, The Regal Sweet, Miss Freddy’s Blues Band, Dream The Heavy, King’s Ransom, Wanderlost, Screech Owl and The Buckle Downs.

“The success of the last three festivals, each of which has been a box office record, has enabled us to take our festival to the next level,” Bryan Hummel, the festival’s co-chair, offered.

“To be able to host a legend like Warren Haynes (Gov’t Mule) on Saturday night is truly a milestone for this festival. And on Friday night, we are recreating one of the most successful summer tours of 2024 with the combination of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Andy Frasco & the U.N., and Dogs in a Pile. With a strong underbill as support, we are anticipating our first ever capacity crowd in 2025,” he concluded.
