In anticipation of their upcoming Rumours Live release, Fleetwood Mac have previewed the double LP, which captures their August 29, 1977 performance at Los Angeles’ Forum, by sharing a previously unreleased cut of “Go Your Own Way,” a song which represented the band’s first single to hit the top 10 in the U.S.

Rumours Live will be available in digital, double LP, and double CD format, comprising nearly 90 minutes of previously unreleased music. The concert’s setlist predominantly features tracks from Fleetwood Mac’s first two albums, namely their self-titled drop and Rumours, both of which were recorded by the legendary lineup consisting of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham.

The Forum concert remained unshared for several decades until 2021 when “Gold Dust Woman,” performed during the show, was included as a bonus track on Rhino’s extended version of Fleetwood Mac’s 1980 concert album, Live: Deluxe Edition. The remaining songs on the collection have never been heard before and are due in full on Sept. 8.

Fleetwood Mac originally released Rumours, their 11th studio album, on Feb. 4, 1977. The band produced the project in collaboration with Ken Caillat and Richard Dashut. They embarked on an extensive worldwide tour known as the Rumours Tour to promote the LP, which saw them perform in North America, the U.K., Europe, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. The upcoming release was captured during one of the tour’s three shows at The Forum in August 1977, where nearly 50,000 fans attended.

The black-vinyl version of the impending set includes two 180-gram records housed in a gatefold jacket with lacquers cut by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering. A crystal clear-vinyl version of the LPs will also be exclusively available at Wal-Mart. Pre-order Rumours Live here.
