Pennsylvania’s Elements Festival is optimistically eyeing Labor Day weekend for its 2021 edition, and organizers have even released an initial lineup featuring Diplo, Bonobo (DJ set), Ganja White Night and more.
According to an official announcement, COVID-19 protocol for the Sept. 3-6 event will be strict, requiring proof of vaccine or a “free, 2-part covid testing protocol, requiring a PCR lab test prior to the event, and a rapid test at the gate.”
Additional testing may be required as well.
