Bassnectar will release his next studio album, Cozza Frenzy this fall. The album will arrive digitally on September 29 and on CD October 27. The album will be released collaboratively by Bassnectar’s own Amorphous Music and Child’s Play Records. The disc’s sound is described as “an amalgamation of sound that combines dubstep, electro, hip-hop, and all styles of dirty digital bass-heavy music and smashes it all into a collision of wobbling, perverted basslines, and hypnotic hide-and-seek adventures.” Cozza Frenzy is more than three years in the making and features collaborations with Fever Ray, Zumbi of Zion I, Mr. Projectile, and Capital J. Bassnectar will tour behind the album with the aid of a custom-built PK sound system courtesy of the Wobble Factory.
