Yonder Mountain String Band has confirmed the opening acts for its New Year’s shows. As previously reported, the band will perform at Boulder, CO’s Boulder Theater on December 29 and Denver’s Fillmore Auditorium on December 30 and 31. Both The Wood Brothers and the Travelin’ McCourys will supply opening duties on December 30, while The Lee Boys will open for the band on December 31. Darol Anger will sit in with Yonder at both Fillmore performances. This past weekend Yonder played a series of shows with opener Danny Barnes, who played banjo with the group a few songs each night.
