Georgia Allman Brothers Band Association will host GABBAfest 2010 this weekend. The event will take place in the Brothers’ former hometown of Macon, GA from September 17-19. The Cox Capitol will host much of the weekend’s entertainment, including The Toler-Townsend Band featuring former Allman Brothers Band guitarist “Dangerous Dan” Toler and Johnny Townsend. Other acts scheduled to appear at the weekend-long event include: Pedro & the Established Unknown, Tinsley Ellis, Lingo, Elizabeth Reed Ensemble and Big Mike and the Booty Papas. A Members’ Jam will also be held at the group’s former home, The Big House.
