The 38th Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival has confirmed its initial lineup. This year’s offerings include: Robert Plant & Band of Joy, Telluride House Band featuring Sam, Béla, Jerry, Edgar, Bryan & Stuart, Sam Bush Band, Béla Fleck & the Original Flecktones, Emmylou Harris and Tim O’Brien Band. Other artists slated to appear include: Edgar Meyer, Punch Brothers, Peter Rowan, Emmitt-Nershi Band, Tim O’Brien & Kevin Burke, The Infamous Stringdusters, Cornmeal, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, Trampled by Turtles and Nora Jane Struthers & the Bootleggers. Several additional acts will be confirmed in the coming months. Telluride Bluegrass will take place from June 16-19, 2011.
