When the roster of performers for the inaugural Bluestock Festival was announced, the promoters promised that an additional major artist would be announced. Today the fest revealed that Gregg Allman will bring his band to the event, which will take place at the Hunter Mountain ski resort in Hunter, NY on August 26-28. In addition, Bluestock has confirmed that Steven Seagal will co-host the event and also appear with his group Thunderbox. Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue also have been added to a line-up that also includes: Buddy Guy, Elvin Bishop, Tommy Castro & The LRBR (featuring Joe Louis Walker, Deanna Bogart and Rick Estrin), Tab Benoit, Bruce Katz, Ronnie Baker Brooks, Curtis Salgado, Zac Harmon, Bob Margolin & Matt Hill and many others.
