As Perpetual Groove hinted in our recent site interview, the band will prepare for Jam Cruise by playing two intimate shows in the Southeast. The group has now confirmed that these gigs will take place at Asheville, NC’s Asheville Music Hall on January 5 and 6. These gigs will be the first shows to exclusively feature keyboardist Matthew McDonald, who recently announced his return to the band. McDonald recently sat in with Perpetual Groove in Athens, GA and will also sit in with the band’s current lineup in Atlanta, GA on December 30 and 31.
