In conjunction with the current Relix H.O.R.D.E. cover story, Relix.com is posting audio each week drawn from the 1992 tour. Last week the site offered tracks from opening night in Portland, Maine. This week the focus is on selections from H.O.R.D.E.‘s second show at Festival Empire Court in Syracuse, New York on July 10, 1992. The five tracks include a full band segue from Aquarium Rescue Unit into Widespread Panic as well as John Popper’s guest appearance with ARU on “Fixin’ To Die.” In a conversation with Oteil Burbridge which posted yesterday to the site, he talks about the full-band segues and more about H.O.R.D.E.
