On Friday night, Yonder Mountain String Band headlined Nashville, TN’s Marathon Music Works. Del McCoury Band’s Jason Carter is on the road with the group and played fiddle with Yonder throughout their entire show. In addition, Flecktones mainstay and area resident Futureman played on a percussion box for a portion of the band’s set. Likewise, Del McCoury Band
mandolin player Ronny McCoury joined the group for “Katy Hill,” “New Deal Train” and “Pretty Daughter” near the start of their second set.
