English alternative powerhouse New Order is set to release its first album in a decade, when Music Complete hits shelves on September 25 via Mute Records.
It’s been even longer since the band has collaborated with multi-instrumentalist Gillian Gilbert, who last joined New Order in the studio in 2001. Music Complete is billed as a well-balanced album with equal parts guitar and synth work. A 30-second snippet of the upcoming record can be viewed below.
Extended versions of each of Music Complete‘s 11 tracks will be released in deluxe limited edition packages, available for pre-order here.
New Order is expected to announce tour dates in support of Music Complete soon.
