Gov’t Mule kicked off the latest leg of their 2019 tour schedule on Sunday evening with a show at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX, and the group welcomed Texas blues-rock guitarist Wes Jeans to mark the occasion.
Warren Haynes and company opened up last night’s affair with “Bad Little Doggie” and fit in staples like “Rocking Horse, “Mule” (with an interpolation of “Who Do You Love?”) before closing the set with “Soulshine.” For the encore, Mule brought out Jeans to help out on a finale cover of Elmore James’ “The Sky is Crying” to round out the performance.
Check out the full setlist below as it appears in our Box Scores section. Next up for Gov’t Mule is a show tomorrow night at Stubb’s in Austin.
