Phish has announced the next batch of Live Phish archival releases, which is due out May 20. This particular round, comprised of Volumes 17 20, was selected by bassist Mike Gordon who reviewed journal entries from the past 20 years (according to the bands website, Phish performed 1,331 shows between 10/30/83 and 10/7/00). After much scrutiny, Mike has selected the following shows for release: 7.15.98 Portland Meadows, Portland, OR; 5.7.94 The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX (with the famous Tweezer medley that clocks in at nearly 70 minutes); 7.12.91 Colonial Theatre, Keene, NH (with the Giant Country Horns); and 12.29.94 Providence Civic Center in Providence, RI (featuring a legendary marathon version of David Bowie).
