Ever the minimalist, Keller Williams has announced the release of his new album, Home (it is his eighth CD and all of them have had one-word titles). The disc, which is due out August 26 on SCI Fidelity Records, was recorded in Williams hometown of Fredericksburg, VA. Believe it or not, it is his first-ever solo studio recording (previous records were either live or featured backing musicians).
Kellers fall tour has also been confirmed. It kicks off September 19 at the Austin City Limits Music Festival and includes stops in the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast.
Williams plays Thursday at Bottle & Cork in Dewey Beach, DE. For the full schedule, visit www.kellerwilliams.net.
