The Ominous Seapods have announced two reunion shows, which will take place over Thanksgiving weekend, November 28 at the Bridge Street Music Hall in East Syracuse, NY and November 29 at Tobacco Road in New York City. The gig on the 28th will feature original guitarist Max Verna, who left the band in 1999. On the 29th, moe. guitarist Al Schnier will play Maxs role (moe. will perform earlier in the night at the Beacon Theatre).
The Seapods will also release a limited edition greatest hits CD, including a few previously unreleased live tracks. It will be available beginning November 28 in Syracuse.
