Beginning this evening at Savannah’s in Albany, NY, Psychedelic Breakfast and Nero will tour together through February 27 (with some individual gigs for each band along the way). As well as sharing the stage, both bands also share selection as Jambands.com New Groove of the Month over the past year. As a result, each group is a potential nominee for the New Groove Award at the Jammys, with the full nominations to follow next week (six of the 2003 New Grooves will vie for the award). In addition, PB has dubbed these shows the ‘Introducing the Breakfast Tour,’ leading some to speculate that the quartet just may drop the Psychedelics some time in 2004 (so to speak).
