Once again we are going to deliver free daily papers to the Phish festival. The Coventry Courier will be published on Saturday and Sunday, with all the latest on-site happenings and plenty of photos. We are now putting out a call for fledgling ace cub reporters to contribute to the paper. In particular we’d like you to write an essay that explains ‘Why I’m Coventry-Bound.’ Your account should run 500-1250 words and prove by turns entertaining and enlightening (or so we all hope). Two essays will be selected and will run in each day of the Courier. Aside from the pure majesty of an essay printed in the paper, the authors selected will win a Jambands.com/Relix prize package including a magazine subscription, Jammys t-shirts and more. Essays should be sent to [email protected], and the deadline for submissions is Monday August 9 at noon EDT
