Today on his web site, the progenitor of the Funk Fingers, King Crimson bassist Tony Levin discussed his current project with Trey Anastasio. Levin explains that they are working on some jams, some songs.’ The drummer on these session is Jerry Marotta, who began his career with Orleans and over the years has performed and recorded with Peter Gabriel (as did Levin), Elvis Costello, Joan Armatrading and many others. At present there is no word on a release date.
