The Yonder Mountain String Band will be wrapping up its current tour tomorrow in Omaha, and will not return to the stage until two shows at Denvers Fillmore On December 30 and 31. However, prior to those dates there will be some solo Yondering. For instance on December 3 and 4 Colorado fans will have an opportunity to see two band members perform in other contexts. On the 3rd Jeff Austin will perform a show at Boulders Fox Theater in an incarnation that is billed as Jeff Austin & Friends featuring Larry Keel.’ The next night Dave Johnstons Swing Set will be in Vail at the 8150 Club (and some folks will likely navigate the 110 miles and multiple feet of snow to attend both gigs).
