In the aftermath of Hurricance Katrina, New Orleans resident Theresa Andersson has temporarily relocated her home base to Austin, TX (as has her label, Basin Street Records). This evening, however, she will return to the Pelican State for the first of two shows. Tonight the Theresa Andersson Group will be at the Blue Moon Saloon in Lafayette and tomorrow they will appear at Phil Brady’s in Baton Rouge. A few Austin dates will follow later in the month, as Andersson is taking some time off the road to focus on songwriting.
