Tonight, The New Deal returns to the road (and the waters) for an appearance on the Rocks Off Concert Cruise. This begins a four show run for the band that also will include two nights at Harpers Ferry in Boston (Thursday and Friday) followed by a Saturday set at Philadelphias Jam on the River. These dates coincide with the release of the latest disc in the group’s Sound and Light Live Series, Live 8.27.05, which presents a performance that took place at last years Camp Bisco in the wee hours of the morning. The trio also has confirmed a pair of Canadian dates for late July. The New Deal will perform on the 21st at The Mod Club in Toronto and on the 23rd at the Shoreline Music and Arts Festival, which will take place at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Some additional shows likely will be added as well.
