As of late, Alfred Howard and the K23 Orchestra has toured without a guitar player, making the core three piece one of the smallest orchestras out there. Instead of adding a new member, the group has been working in a variety of guitarists. Next month for a couple of San Diego dates, Particle guitarist Charlie Hitchcock will join the group. As of late Hitchcock has been working on his own material with an eyes towards a solo release, however, he will appear with the K23 on both January 10 and January 24 at San Diegos the House Of Blues Lounge.
