Lotus, which recently released its double live Escaping Sargasso Sea recording, has finalized much of its touring plans for the remainder of 2007. The quintet will cross the country beginning in late September with a gig at Bostons Paradise on September 28. The group will then route through Colorado, make its way to California (including a show at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on October 11) and then travel back to the northeast, closing out its twenty-five date tour on November 3 at New York Citys Bowery Ballroom. Beyond that, Lotus has confirmed three shows: a two night stand at World Cafe Live Downstairs on the Friday and Saturday following Thanksgiving (November 23 and 24) and then a second consecutive New Years Eve engagement at Mr. Smalls Theatre in Pittsburgh.
