Widespread Panic will release its next studio album, Free Somehow, online and in stores early 2008. As previously reported, the disc was recorded by Earth to America producer Terry Manning at Compass Point Studios in the Bahamas and features eleven new songs, including Boom Boom Boom, Walk On The Flood,
Angels On High, Three Candles, Tickle The Truth, Free Somehow,
Flicker, Dark Day Program, Her Dance Needs No Body, Already Fried
and Up All Night. Though Widespread Panic has played a few of these songs over the past year, most of the tracks have yet to hit the live stage. The group is also allowing fans to preview a handful of songs online now.
