Lawrence, Kansas’s Wakarusa Music Festival has added some additional artists to its line-up. Initially the festival confirmed appearances by such performers as The Flaming Lips, Keller Williams, Cake, Galactic, Tea Leaf Green, Ozric Tentacles, Buckethead, Lotus, David Grisman Quintet, Dr. Dog, The Avett Brothers, Steel Train and the Heavy Pets. The second announcement adds Mickey Hart Band featuring Steve Kimock & George Porter Jr., Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Porter, Batiste & Stoltz, Pangea featuring Chris Berry and Michael Kang, EOTO, Zappa Plays Zappa, Arrested Development, Everyone Orchestra, Apollo Sunshine, Donna the Buffalo, Delta Nove and others. The festival will take place from June 5-8 with tickets now on sale.
