Two longtime Wetlands staffers who have moved on to other endeavors will share a bill on Saturday night in Manhattan. Longtime employee Jake Szufnarowski, the founder of Rocks Off, will take the stage at B.B. King’s with his band Tragedy, ‘The #1 Heavy Metal Tribute to the Bee Gees in the Tri State Area.’ In addition, Tragedy will celebrate the release of its debut album, We Rock Sweet Balls And Can Do No Wrong!. What’s more, Rodney Speed, the Wetlands bar back who made a few on-stage appearances during his long tenure at the club will serve as DJ. The $10 ticket to Tribute Wars XX, which also features Kiss Nation, Theater of Pain (Motley Crue tribute) and Unchained (Van Halen tribute) includes a copy of the Tragedy release.
