The 10th Annual NedFest will return to Nederland, Colorado on August 22-24. As we’ve already reported this year’s line-up includes the David Grisman Quintet, Steve Kimock with Melvin Seals & JGB, Kyle Hollingsworth, Vince Herman & Great American Taxi, Swingset with Dave Johnston, Split Lip Rayfield, Larry Keel & Natural Bridge and New Monsoon. Recent additions to the festival include PRAANG (which will draw together Kimock, Michael Travis, Jason Hann and Jamie Janover), and Jeff Austin & Friends. Meanwhile The Motet has confirmed that it will perform as an eight piece, with a horn-section and co-founding percussionist Scott Messersmith returning to the fold. This version of the Motet also will back Saskia Laroo in a Saturday late night show, while late night on Sunday will feature WhiteWater Ramble as well as TAARKA with Nathan Moore (ThaMuseMeant, Surprise Me Mr. Davis).
