As is tradition, Blues Traveler celebrated July 4th at Morrison, COs Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The group arrived at Red Rocks with current tourmates Collective Soul and Live, both of whom offered short, spirited sets before Blues Traveler took the stage. In addition to favorites like Gina, The Mountains Win Again, Run-Around, Thinnest Of Air and an obligatory take on The Star-Spangled Banner, the group also previewed a few news songs, including Forever, How You Remember It and You And Me And Everything. Blues Traveler recently spent time in the studio with Grammy winner David Bianco (Tom Petty, Mick Jagger, Spearhead) working on its first proper album since 2005, North Hollywood Shootout. Blues Traveler and Live will support Collective Soul at Redmond, WAs Marymoor Park on July 9.
