Tom Tom Club, the group founded by the Talking Heads’ Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz will return to the road (and the air) for a series of shows in June. This line-up features the current incarnation of the band (which performed at the 2002 Jammys) with Victoria Clamp and Mystic Bowie on vocals and Bruce Martin adding keys. In addition, Deep Banana Blackout co-founder Fuzz will contribute guitar while the enigmatic Kid Ginseng will appear on turntables. The first performance will take place at the Fairfield Theater Company Stage One on June 17. This will be followed by a show in London on June 20 at Massive Attack’s Meltdown Festival and then two dates with DEVO on June 26 (McCarren Park Pool, Brooklyn, NY) and June 27 (Bank Of America Boston Pavilion).
