The second annual Purple Hatters Ball will be held this Saturday, June 27, at Quincy, FLs Ponderosa Wildlife Preserve, celebrating the life of Rachel Morningstar Hoffman. Hoffman died last year at 23 years old. Artists scheduled to appear include: Dubconscious, The Malah, Greenhouse Lounge and Catfish Alliance, among others. Festival gates will open at 2 PM and the festivities will commence around 5 PM. The benefits $30 and include music, camping and potluck. All proceeds will go to the Morningstar Foundation.
