Drummer Russ Lawton, guitarist Scott Metzger and keyboardist Ray Paczkowski will introduce their new trio formation on Saturday, Dec. 1 at Burlington, VT’s famed Nectar’s club.
Lawton and Paczkowski are best known as members of Trey Anastasio Band as well as the jazz-funk duo Soule Monde. In early 2018, Paczkowski underwent brain surgery and has steadily been making his return to a full performing schedule.
Meanwhile, Metzger has been filling up his calendar with dates as the guitarist in Joe Russo’s Almost Dead.
The trio will perform under the moniker LaMP for “one night only,” and tickets for their Dec. 1 show at Nectar’s are now on sale.
