According to an email (via Stereogum) from Trent Reznor to Nine Inch Nails fans detailing production delays in various vinyl releases, the frontman says the band will release a second EP this summer as a part of a trilogy following Not the Actual Events.

“Did you know there’s a new top-secret Nine Inch Nails EP that will be released before the first shows we do this summer?,” Reznor wrote. “Now you do. More information on this shortly.”

Reznor also mentioned that the releases will come about 6-8 months apart. The band’s first scheduled show is July 23 at FYF Festival in Los Angeles.
