The Disco Biscuits wrapped up a two-night stand at The Palladium in Worcester, MA, last night and the band gave a very timely nod to the hit Netflix series Stranger Things by playing the show’s iconic theme.

The Stranger Things theme, which was composed by Austin band S U R V I V E, came in the second set last night, with the Biscuits working it into their own “Save the Robots.” The cover, nodding to yesterday’s release of the show’s second season, was actually foretold by a Biscuits fan in a Phantasy Tour thread last year when the show’s first season became a hit, with user skibum680 suggesting it as a good cover for the band.(The Biscuits played the tune two times in 2008 long before the song was associated with Stranger Things.) Last night’s second set also featured only the second Biscuits cover of Donna Summer’s “I Feel Love,” which they debuted back in July of this year.

See the full setlist below as it appears in our Box Scores section. Next up for The Disco Biscuits is a slot at Suwannee Hulaween this evening.
