Bruce Springsteen will make his first appearance on Stephen Colbert’s edition of The Late Show on September 23 for an extended interview surrounding his autobiography Born to Run due out September 27.

The Boss will also make numerous other appearances surrounding the book with a tour that kicks off the day the book is released, as Springsteen will appear at various book stores across the country. Most dates are sold out except for October 3 in Los Angeles, taking place at the Barnes & Noble at The Grove.

As for The E Street Band, the group is off the road until January 25 when they reconvene in Australia for a run through Australia and New Zealand.
