Steve Earle & The Dukes, The Wood Brothers, Los Lobos, Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Miller & Jim Lauderdale, Father John Misty, Manchester Orchestra, Trampled By Turtles, G. Love & Special Sauce, Peter Rowan Bluegrass Band featuring Yungchen Lhamo, The Brothers Comatose and The Devil Makes Three are among the acts confirmed to appear at the annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. The free music event will return to San Francisco, CA’s Golden Gate Park from October 4-6.

The festival announced its full artist lineup today after giving away a few acts each week during the latter part of the summer. Other confirmed acts include: Kate McGarrigle Tribute with Martha & Sloan Wainwright & Special Guests, The Flatlanders, Richard Thompson, Emmylou Harris, Billy Bragg,
Ryan Bingham, Nick Lowe, Tim O’Brien & Darrell Scott, Gogol Bordello, The Deep Dark Woods, Tim O’Brien with Bryan Sutton & Mike Bub, The Cave Singers, First Aid Kit, Conor Oberst,
Boz Scaggs, Low, Elvin Bishop, Sonny & The Sunsets,
Robert Ellis, Della Mae, Mike Scott & Steve Wickham of The Waterboys, Tumbleweed Wanderers, Shovels & Rope,
Justin Townes Earle, Tift Merritt, Chris Isaak, Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers, Calexico and Martha Wainwright. Both MC Hammer and Poor Man’s Whiskey will also participate in the festival’s Friday morning middle school program.
