Gary Clark Jr. will be featured in Made in America, an upcoming documentary directed by Ron Howard and produced by Jay Z and Brian Grazer. The film will air on Showtime this Friday, October 11 at 9pm ET.
Made in America captures Jay Z uniting some of the biggest names in music—including Clark, Janelle Monáe, Pearl Jam, Skrillex, Run-D.M.C., and Kanye West—to perform at his multi-genre, two-day festival in Philadelphia.
In addition to a fall tour which is currently underway, Clark has recently been bringing his brand of modern blues-rock to television with appearances on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, The Arsenio Hall Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Queen Latifa Show (which airs tomorrow) and The Late Show with David Letterman (which airs November 7).
