“The damage and destruction caused by Hurricane Helene to my beloved home of Asheville
and all of Western North Carolina has truly devastated me,” Warren Haynes, who grew up in Asheville, says in a statement. “Every year, it is my honor to host the Christmas Jam and give back to the community there, but this year, we need to do things a bit differently. I’m thrilled to partner with my good friends in Dave Matthews Band and so many other musician friends to bring SOULSHINE to the iconic Madison Square Garden and help raise money for all those affected by both hurricanes
throughout North Carolina and Florida. My heart is with you all and we look forward to creating a
really special night!”

All proceeds will benefit the SOULSHINE Concert Fund at the Charlottesville Area Community
Foundation, which will support Habitat for Humanity’s 2024 Hurricane Recovery fund and will
also aid a variety of non-profits on the ground in North Carolina and Florida. Please visit

Leading mortgage lender Newrez, a Rithm Capital portfolio company, has also joined SOULSHINE’s
lineup of artists in pledging their financial support for hurricane relief.

Dave Matthews Band are slated to perform at MSG on November 22 and 23. Haynes has a long history of joining DMB in NYC, dating back to a 1993 appearance at New York’s famed Wetlands. Shapiro, who is also Relix‘s publisher, took over Wetlands three years later. Rateliff will headline MSG in March and Anastasio will return to the Garden in December with Phish. This will mark Goose’s first appearance at MSG.
